Late News Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit a 1-page abstract to the conference for consideration for presentation in a poster session. This submission is intended to provide authors with a means of presenting recent results at PowerMEMS that were not available at the time of regular abstract submission.
Late news abstract submission will open 1st September 2013.
Abstracts should be one A4 (21 cm x 29.7 cm) page in length.
The first half-page should provide a written account of the work you would like to present.
The lower half-page should contain any figures or tables to support your work.
A 1-page late news abstract template for Microsoft Word is available for download here.
Abstract submissions should be a PDF.
These submissions will not be published in the full conference proceedings but will appear in the book of abstracts.
The deadline is midnight 11th October 2013 US Pacific Coast Time (GMT-8).
Author notification will take place by 18th October 2013.
Early bird registration fees will be available for students whose only paper in the conference is a late news submission until 15th November 2013.
